The water temperature should be between 50°F and 59°F (10°C and 15°C). More experienced users have the water as low as 38°F (3C).
The duration should be between 5 minutes and 15 minutes, depending on your tolerance and preference.
The frequency should be based on your goals and needs, but we suggest taking an ice bath once a day, or after every intense workout.

Answer: Yes, you can use this ice bath tub outdoors without any issues. Its 2-layers of ultra-thick PVC and an insulating layer of foam cotton can retain up to 85% of its temperature for up to three hours, even in the hottest temperatures.

Answer: Around 10 minutes, but it really depends on your personal preference and how your body feels.

Answer: No, you do not need to empty it after every use. You can keep it for as long as you want. Usually about 5 days would be good to change it. However if you add chlorine or bromine tables you can easily get the water to last a couple weeks!
