RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Requirements for Returns:
- Must include a valid original purchase order number from torroband.com. Purchases made outside of torroband.com (or any subdomain such as vip.torroband.com) must contact respective seller for returns. In order to contact us for cancelation or return, please email us at email@example.com
- Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee.
- Free returns are only eligible in the US
- You'll have 60 days to return the package for a full refund, starting on the day you receive the package (based on the tracking number).
*Recommended: We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. TORROBAND is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery
*Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle.
All orders are eligible for free shipping and tracking number during the promotion on this website.
In the checkout, it'll say when we ship it. Once shipped, we'll provide a tracking number and those are the estimated delivery times:
USA: 2-5 days
Australia: 9-17 days
Canada: 4-9 days
EU: 7-14 days
Latin America: 6-12 days
Rest of the world: 21-28 days
- All orders are subject to approval based on the order information provided.
- All orders may be placed on hold for further security verifications if the information is found to be fraudulent
We'll use USPS, FedEx, and DHL, based on your location and shipping address. Most orders within the US shipped with FedEx and international orders shipped with DHL Global Economy service.
